Frid is 150-year-old vampire Barnabas Collins, who is accidentally released from his coffin by the handyman of the Collinswood mansion. Frid introduces himself as a cousin from England and gains access to the mansion and the people who live there. When Frid sucks the blood from Bennett, two doctors, Hall and David, determine the cause of death to be vampirism, which is confirmed when Bennett returns from the dead. They dispatch her permanently with a stake in the heart and discover Frid is the vampire. Hall falls in love with Frid and tries to find a medical cure for him, but...».
