Harker becomes Dracula's prisoner and discovers Dracula's true nature. After Dracula makes his way to England, Harker becomes involved in an effort to track down and destroy the Count, eventually chasing the vampire back to his castle. This film is highly recommended for every fan of Bram Stoker's novel ! OK, it has some minor flaws - it is obviously a TV production and parts were filmed on tape; Louis Jordan, although giving a good performance, is no match for Max Schreck or some others - but the deviations from the book are few and insignificant. This movie is perhaps the best and most faithful adaption of the novel so far ! For once not just the horror, but also the senusality of the Dracula story was transferred to the screen. If you've read the book, you shouldn't miss this one».
